We’re excited and honored to be the first roasters in CA to share coffees from Jose Giraldo at Cafe 1959. He processes some of the most unique profiles we’ve tasted in a long time. A friend of ours from Seattle, Ken Selby, shared his recent competition coffee with us, we loved it, asked who it was from, heard ‘Cafe 1959’ for the first time, DM’d Jose, he sent samples, we picked two lots, he put them on a plane, we drove to LAX and loaded the coffee into the Augiemobile, and here we are.
