We first bought this lot five years ago as part of Arnaud Causse first harvest. It was our first time working with coffee from Ecuador, and it has remained one of the most memorable coffees for us. It was the creamiest tasting coffee that we'd ever had, like, it tasted as if there was cream added to it. We're glad that we had the opportunity to bring it in again this year, and even more glad that it has the creamy quality that we'd loved from that first harvest. What we've got here is a 100% Bourbon lot that is super way delicious, with notes of Sweet Cream, Nougat, Hazelnut
