 We've been friends with the amazing team at La Palma Y El Tucan for a few years now. The first time trying their coffee was at a private cupping in a warehouse dock in Seattle. The coffees had some of the most unique flavors we'd tasted in coffee. We've since continued to carry offerings from La Palma every harvest, and we've used their coffees in multiple competitions all over the country! Placing 4th last year in the US Roasters Championships. This lot didn't take that title, but it is no slouch in our lineup. Honestly, we had a public cupping with all of our Colombian offerings, and this one was both my and the crowd favorite. You should try it, I mean, you like delicious coffee, right?
